Welcome to CalcoWorks. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of calcoworks.com and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CalcoWorks.

1. The Service

CalcoWorks provides online calculators, PDF and image tools, developer utilities, educational blog content, and related features. We may add, change, suspend, or remove tools or features at any time to improve reliability, security, or compliance. Some advanced features may require a free account or a paid Premium subscription.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You may use many tools without an account. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at support@calcoworks.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload malware, or content you do not have rights to process.
  • Attempt to hack, scrape at abusive scale, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • Bypass rate limits, paywalls, or security controls.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Resell, white-label, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • Use automated means to generate artificial traffic or ad impressions, click your own ads, or encourage others to do so.
  • Violate Google Publisher Policies or other advertising partner policies.

4. No professional advice

Calculator outputs, guides, and tool results are for general information and convenience only. They are not financial, tax, legal, accounting, investment, or medical advice. Laws, lender policies, and tax rules change and vary by jurisdiction. Always verify important decisions with a qualified professional and official sources before acting.

5. User content and files

You retain ownership of files and text you submit. You grant CalcoWorks a limited license to process that material solely to provide the feature you requested. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and process the material. Do not upload unlawful content or others’ confidential data without authorization.

6. Intellectual property

The CalcoWorks name, logos, site design, original articles, and software are owned by CalcoWorks or its licensors. You may not copy branding or republish substantial site content without permission, except for fair personal use of tool outputs you generate for yourself.

7. Premium subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to prices and terms shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. You may cancel according to the controls in your account or payment provider; access typically continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated on the pricing or checkout page.

8. Advertising

Free portions of the Service may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). Ads are subject to partner policies. Details are described in our Advertising disclosure and Privacy Policy. Premium plans may reduce or remove ads where advertised.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALCOWORKS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON TOOL OUTPUTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50, IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify CalcoWorks against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limits of liability, and IP) will survive termination.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
