Sometimes one PDF is too much: you need pages 3–5 for a vendor, a single certificate page for a portal, or chapter extracts for students. CalcoWorks Split PDF breaks a document into separate pages or ranges so you share only what is required.

Splitting reduces oversharing risk — no need to email an entire contract when a schedule appendix is enough. It also helps when upload forms cap page counts. After splitting, Compress PDF can shrink extracts, and Merge PDF can rebuild custom packets. Rotate or delete pages beforehand if the source is messy.
